We need some help with our 2019 “Spin” for Childhood Cancer event coming up on October 18th at the Cloverdale Rec Centre.
We are looking for volunteers AND donations of prizes for our event.
Volunteers help with set up, registering participants, getting the “spinners” set up on their bikes & tracking their KM’s, handing out refreshments, and clean up. The event is at 7pm, so volunteers are needed starting at 6pm. The event is quick, super fun, and always a great add to your volunteer hours, resume and always feels great. Prizes are given out to the following:
Best team spirit (x 6 prizes)
Best spirit (x 6 prizes)
Top fundraising team (x 6 prizes)
Highest Mileage (x 6 prizes)
Top Individual Fundraiser overall – 1 grand prize
Please let us know if you have a business or you have access to providing us with any prizes to help us out. If you need a letter, let us know as we can provide one.
